Return and Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that do not fit or meet your expectations.
Final Sale Items Items purchased from our Final Sale collection cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all measurements, condition notes, and product details carefully before purchasing final sale items.
How to Request a Return To request a return, log into your account and visit your order history to initiate a return request. You can also contact us at admin@adoredagain.shop if you need assistance.
Return Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will include:
- The full product purchase price
- Any sales tax paid on the returned item
Your refund will NOT include:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately at admin@adoredagain.shop with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
