Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Location All orders ship from South Jordan, Utah.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
Free Shipping We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the United States. Free shipping applies to Standard Post only. Expedited and Express shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Tracking All shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.
Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Adored Again is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of USPS, Adored Again is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS and file a claim. We recommend selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation for high-value orders.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details on returns.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at admin@adoredagain.shop immediately after placing your order.
